U of Alaska - getting traction with Kanban board. Still working internally, hoping to involve users eventually. Business users serving as QA.

MNSCU - Business analysts serving as proxy for end users, works OK - seems to be best solution given the wide customer base - different types of schools, different processes. Have a range of programmer analysts, just business analyts, just programmers.

ND - All developers tend to do some level of business analysis, expectation is that developers understand business. Trying to leverage people with business analyst skills in our functional departments. In process of hiring 1 QA person - currently either developers or functional users serving in this role, hoping to get more formal and better processes.
