U of Alaska - Kanban board set up in Peter's office - now the Kanban and Scrum room, used white boards from surplus. Working on a webtime entry system. Working through cultural change.

Wake Forest - Using Scrum on some new projects, upgrade went well. Schedule maintenance tasks into sprints.

ND - Using Kanban (or Scrumban) in whole Enterprise Systems area now for maintenance/support/small enhancement requests. Have one big project starting up with Scrum, and just started using modified Scrum for the first time on a small (100 hourish) project. Have a Scrum board with all the tasks for that project, and burndown weekly towards the end date. Starting to try out code reviews.
