MNSCU - Dealing with state budget issues. Plugging along with Scrum, getting projects done.

U of Alaska - working through logistical start up issues with Scrum, working across different parts of the state. Discussed change request processes. Working to move to electronic process.
ND - discussed how we preserve some agility with change processes. Have autodeploy process where we script changes and then Operations implements via one line command. Also work more in our Dev environment where we have the most flexibility.
