Met with a new project team considering Scrum - went well, used our "sales pitch" which consists of a few ppt slides and pictures of team rooms/Scrum artifacts from the projects currently Scrumming. Continuing to figure out how to manage 3rd party vendor efforts into Scrum projects, since the vendors use more traditional waterfall approach.

Wake - Presented to Computer Science class on Scrum - went really well. Working on improving backlog, assigning business value, using 4 criteria. Thinks this helped streamline planning meeting. Tracking burndown chart & percentage on stories in a spreadsheet. Team likes working off board rather than spreadsheets. Use keytags for each person to hang on tasks the person is working on. Adjusted from 3 week to about 4 week sprint.
