In software development and implementation in higher ed, we are being challenged to do more with less due to current economic conditions while the drive for improved quality and delivering to rigorous deadlines continues to increase.

Georgia Tech, Wake Forest and NCCU will share experiences in implementing agile development methodologies using Scrum. We will include how we created a collaborative forum among our institutions with Notre Dame and Cornell that we call "ScrumU" to share ideas and challenges while celebrating successes in implementing a new software development methodology.
